• Items that are illegal to sell, or that are otherwise prohibited from sale, under applicable federal, state, or local law in the Buyer's or Seller's jurisdiction
• Counterfeit, replica, or pirated goods (including fake branded items and IP-infringing products)
• Stolen property or property with removed/altered serial numbers

2. Weapons, Ammunition & Explosives

• Firearms, firearm parts, and firearm accessories
• Ammunition, clips, cartridges, and reloading materials
• Explosives, fireworks, and incendiary devices
• BB guns, pellet guns, stun guns, tasers, and pepper spray
• Knives marketed as weapons (switchblades, butterfly knives, throwing knives, concealed knives)
• Swords, machetes, and similar bladed weapons
• Any other weapon, or weapon part or accessory, that requires a license or permit to own, possess, or transfer

3. Drugs, Tobacco & Alcohol

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia
• Prescription medications and prescription medical devices
• Alcohol
• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, and vaping accessories

4. Adult & Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Sex toys and fetish-related items
• Items promoting sexual services

5. Hazardous Materials

• Chemicals, biological agents, radiological materials, or any HAZMAT items
• Flammable or toxic substances (including gas canisters)
• Refrigerants and cooling agents
• Pesticides, herbicides, and poisons

6. Human & Animal Products

• Human body parts, fluids, or remains
• Animal parts or products derived from endangered/protected species (e.g., ivory, exotic skins prohibited by CITES)
• Live animals, other than equestrian animals (see the exception below)

Equestrian animals — exception. The prohibition on live animals does not apply to equestrian animals. Horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules may be listed, sold, and purchased through SoldSafe, provided that:

• the sale complies with all applicable federal, state, and local law, including, but not limited to any licensing, registration, health-certification, and transport requirements;
• the listing accurately describes the animal's age, breed, sex, health, and any known condition, injury, or behavioral issue, in accordance with Section 4 of the Terms; and
• the animal is not an endangered or protected species, and is not a wild or feral animal.

7. Food, Cosmetics & Health Products

• Food and beverages of any kind
• Used cosmetics or cosmetics not in original sealed packaging
• Vitamins, dietary supplements, and non-prescription health products
• Homemade cosmetics without proper labeling
• Sanitary and hygiene products (unless new and sealed)

8. Financial Instruments & Documents

• Currency (counterfeit or real), cryptocurrency wallets, financial instruments
• Government-issued documents, IDs, licenses, or badges
• Gift cards, event tickets, lottery tickets, or sweepstakes entries
• Food stamps, WIC vouchers, or government assistance instruments

9. Recalled & Unsafe Products

• Products recalled by manufacturers or regulatory authorities
• Items flagged as unsafe by consumer protection agencies

10. Services, Digital Goods & Intangibles

• Services of any kind (SoldSafe is for tangible goods only)
• Digital media, software keys, e-books, or digital subscriptions
• NFTs, digital currencies, or virtual goods

11. Exploitation & Harmful Content

• Items that facilitate or promote human exploitation, trafficking, or child endangerment
• Items promoting hate, violence, terrorism, or discrimination
• Nazi, fascist, or extremist memorabilia and symbols

12. Restricted Electronics

• Jailbroken or rooted devices that bypass manufacturer security
• Blacklisted, finance-blocked, or activation-locked mobile devices
• Devices with swollen or damaged batteries
• Radar or frequency jamming devices
